Capitals sign Tom Wilson to 7-year, $45.5 million extension

The Washington Capitals have signed ahead Tom Wilson to a seven-year, $45.5 million contract extension, the staff introduced Friday.

Wilson’s extension goes into impact in 2024-25 and runs by means of 2030-31. He’s set to make a base wage of $5.1 million subsequent season.
