FIRST ON FOX: Home Republicans are pushing the Division of Justice (DOJ) for solutions on who will get grant cash and the way these allocations are determined, as some conservatives push to slash the division’s funds over expenses of politicization.
Home Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, despatched letters to a few DOJ workplaces on Tuesday suggesting the Biden administration was stonewalling the committee’s efforts to learn how grants are allotted inside the Workplace of Justice Packages, Workplace of Violence Towards Ladies, and the Neighborhood Oriented Policing Providers.

Calls to chop funding to the DOJ and FBI have gained traction inside the Home GOP, notably amongst allies of former President Donald Trump, who consider the division has been improperly co-opted by President Biden and Lawyer Basic Merrick Garland.
